All of our products are backed by a lifetime guarantee, which fully warranties them against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the product. You must show proof of purchase to make use of our lifetime guarantee.

Only products purchased on www.skyloscollective.co.uk are covered under our lifetime guarantee. To replace an item, please email us at sales@skyloscollective.co.uk – in your email, please reference your order number, date of order, and include a couple of photos of the problem area.

This guarantee covers hardware/material/assembly defects. It does not protect against misuse or damages caused by pets, or normal wear and tear, natural breakdown of material or any other event beyond our control.

Routine maintenance of hardware should be taken, e.g. cleaning off dirt and polishing metal hardware to maintain the sheen, as well as care to maintain the integrity and shape of apple leather.

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:

• Lost
• Outgrown
• Fully functional
• Simply dirty
• Damaged intentionally, or by repeated activity and therefore not accidental
• Items that were donated, sponsored, or given as a free promotion

We reserve the right to limit the number of free replacements when we determine there is excessive use or abuse of our guarantee.

Please pay special attention to instructions as we are unable to process requests that are submitted incorrectly or are incomplete, this includes photographs that do not meet the requirements.  

Keep your item(s) until you have received confirmation that your submission has been approved. We will reach out if we need additional photos or questions, item must be present for replacement. You are welcome to add more than one damaged item, however, each item must be added separately. 

We ask that you please cover the shipping cost to Skylos Collective. We will send out the replacement free of charge.

Skylos Collective is not held to be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to: defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of Skylos Collective products for their individual situation and needs. As the consumer, you accept all responsibility for purchasing and/or using these items. By ordering from Skylos Collective, you agree to our above-stated terms.
