Shipping policy

We fulfil orders within two business days, however, at busy times this may be slightly longer.

We ship all customer orders with Royal Mail and so you should receive your order within five working days. Due to recent strikes and other circumstances out of our control, this may be slightly longer. We do our very best in ensuring you receive your orders in a timely manner but sometimes, situations are out of our control - we hope you can bear with us when these happen.
